Is the p2p file exchange down?

I've disabled firewall etc but still can't see any decks. I've only just downloaded the programme, it's fantastic apart from that

I think it has been available all day, in which case it is either a problem at your end or somewhere in between you and the server. The easiest way to tell is to go to the page where it tells you about the P2P Enchange (http://www.orphalese.net/p2p.aspx) and look at the number of decks available there. If the number is zero then the server is down.
